At Free Country, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
